Key responsibilities

What you’ll do as a Remote P&C Consultant

You’ll manage the full cycle: prospect → quote → close → service → renew. You’ll also build long-term client relationships rooted in ethics, education, and consistent follow-through.

  • Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products including home, auto, and business policies
  • Prospect, generate leads, and build your own book of business
  • Manage the full sales cycle and continue to service and retain existing clients you acquire
  • Provide expert guidance on coverage options so clients can make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with renewals and provide ongoing support throughout the life of the policy
  • Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements
  • Meet sales goals and performance targets while maintaining high client service and ethics
Compensation

Commission-only role

Compensation is based on commission earned for both new sales and renewals. Our commission splits are competitive and designed to reward your hard work and long-term success.
